It's very simpel. We meet at a set point between Kawana and Pelican Waters and go for a walk or if that doesn't suit we'll find a private place to sit. We can meet where you like or otherwise I have some preferred places to go.
We start by getting an idea of where you're at and work with your latest findings. From there we can focus on next steps and how to establish those.
Coaching is personal and flexible. Some sessions you might just want to off-load, while in other sessions you are after direction, new insights, inspiration or structure. Some sessions you might just want to feel support, while in others you might like to get challenged and activated. Every session will be different, and 1 on 1 coaching will provide you the space to claim what you need or discover what you need.
Each session always ends with a plan. What to do next, how to do it, when to do it and what to do when you get stuck or need help.
The number of sessions depends on the nature of your goals and how you choose to evolve them over time. It can range from 1 coaching session already hitting the mark for some, while on the other side I have clients who enjoy an on-going weekly or fortnightly meet-up. Most clients achieve significant progress in 5 to 8 sessions.
Ultimately coaching is personalised to fit your unique needs and pace, whether you're tackling one specific challenge or you're on a journey of growth.
I firmly believe that the best coaches combine solid educational credentials with real-life experience. My own journey has spanned over 20 years - both professionally and personally - filled with lessons learned, challenges faced, and wins celebrated. Low self confidence has had a great influence on my choices and focus. I have been marginally successful in the traditional sense, as my goal and achievements have always been to live a life that is genuine and aligned with my values, passions, and inner truths.

I don't work with personality tests. In my view, they lack scientific backing, and we, as individuals, are far too complex and dynamic to be neatly categorised into 4, 6, or even 16 boxes.
When it comes to team development, I prefer to use more effective tools and activities that foster real growth and collaboration.
The science of understanding the human mind is still in its early stages. Many theories stem from small research groups, and there are countless ways, both conventional and unconventional, to develop ourselves. I believe in the value of trying different approaches and maintaining an open mind. Every experience offers valuable lessons and can be impactful at different stages of our lives.
As social beings, we need genuine human connection for many reasons. In an age of screens and distractions, it’s easy to miss out on essential social contact. Coaching can be a refreshing and meaningful opportunity for this kind of connection.
Coaching is a moment of focused interaction. While it’s important to have supportive people in your life outside of coaching, if you’re lacking that, we can work on it together.
Taking a step back from relationships that are no longer helpful might create some resistance, both from yourself and others, but it’s often simpler than you think.
The word "purpose" can make some people cringe. I know I felt that way for a long time. But here's the truth: I believe you already know your purpose, even if you don’t realise it just yet. I’m confident that within two sessions, you’ll uncover it, feel it & write it down.
Self-belief, self-confidence and self-esteem can weigh heavily on us. Recent research suggests that we may never fully outgrow these challenges. While we can make significant progress, there may be times when these doubts resurface. However, from my own experience, I know that we can improve far more than we ever thought possible. That progress is what gives us the strength to keep moving forward and continue growing.
